Expertise you can count on, from tip to tail.

Associated Air Center has extensive experience in every phase of maintaining large transport category aircraft. As an FAA Class IV-rated repair station, we’re fully equipped to provide major inspections, structural modifications, cockpit and cabin upgrades and heavy maintenance. We’ve also performed more aging aircraft inspections than any other completion center.

We have an FAA Organization Designation Authorization (ODA), which recently replaced the FAA Designated Alteration Station (DAS) status. This allows Associated Air Center to certify that our repairs and modifications meet FAA requirements. Few completion centers have an ODA, which assures you that the work being performed is of the highest quality and that there will be no added downtime or inconvenience due to certification issues.

AAC is a world leader in providing maintenance to Boeing 737 Business Jet (BBJ) and Airbus Industries A-319 Corporate Jet (ACJ) aircraft. We also service Boeing 757, 767, 747, 727 and earlier types of 737 aircraft. Many BBJs are coming due in the near future for maintenance on their landing gear. We’re ready to provide removal and overhaul for this important event.

We do it all, and put it back together right.
Associated Air Center is unique in being a comprehensive maintenance facility combined with a completion center. This means that we can perform virtually any kind of interior refurbishment or modification. From a simple re-rag to a change in floor plan, you can count on the same resources and craftspeople that make our renowned VIP completions possible.

In turn, our maintenance customers know that we don’t just turn wrenches; we have the expertise to get in and do the service and then put your aircraft back together again without a wrinkle in the carpet, a nick in the polished wood or a dropped stitch in the upholstery.

Our mechanics and technicians average nearly 15 years of experience and we’re ready to keep the lights on 24/7 to minimize your downtime. In addition, our project managers will make sure you’re always up to speed on the status of your job, and ready to make informed maintenance decisions.

If your aircraft is coming in for interior work or an avionics upgrade, why not have us take care of any scheduled maintenance at the same time. But remember, you don’t have to be thinking changes in your cabin or cockpit to take advantage of the MRO at AAC.
